How to Report Copyright Infringement

The location on DragBin where the copyrighted work is being used without authorization (please provide specific URLs or file paths if possible).
A good faith statement that you have a reasonable belief that the use of the copyrighted work is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Your physical or electronic signature.

Our Response Process

We will promptly review all copyright infringement claims submitted to us.

If we determine that the claim is valid, we will take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

We will notify the user who uploaded the material about the claim and the action taken.

The user may file a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was wrongfully removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by emailing copyright@dragbin.com with the following information:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, and phone number
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court
