Our Response Process

We will promptly review all copyright infringement claims submitted to us.

The user may file a counter-notification if they believe the material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe your content was wrongfully removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by emailing copyright@dragbin.com with the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature
  • Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  • Your name, address, and phone number
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court
